90-day warranty

Every FlawFinder HoloScope is covered for 90 days from the date of delivery against defects. The device has no moving parts, so covered issues are limited to: screen not working, lights flickering, button problems, or battery issues.

Exchanges, not returns

We do not accept returns or issue refunds. A verified defective unit is exchanged for a fully-tested refurbished unit (refurbished replacements carry no additional or extended warranty). If a unit arrives with any sign of shipping damage, we ship a replacement right out.

Bought from a reseller or vendor?

If you purchased your HoloScope from one of our authorized vendors or resellers, please process your exchange through them. We handle defective and warranty exchanges directly with our resellers.
